Answers to common questions about how 5DGENX works, our programs, shipping, payments, and clinical care. If you do not find what you are looking for, our team is here to help.
5DGENX is a physician supervised telehealth practice. You complete an online intake, provide medical history and laboratory results where required, and a licensed physician reviews your case. If a product or program is appropriate, the physician prescribes it and it is prepared and shipped to you, or scheduled if it requires in person delivery.
Most 5DGENX products are prescription items that require physician review. You do not arrive with a prescription. The prescribing physician in our network issues the prescription after reviewing your intake, medical history, and any required labs.
Begin with a consultation. Our clinical team reviews your goals, medical history, and the right program or product for your situation. From there, you complete any required diagnostics, and your physician designs your protocol. Contact us to begin.
Many programs require pre treatment laboratory diagnostics so the physician can assess your baseline and design an appropriate protocol. If labs are required for your program, this is part of the onboarding process. You can also start with our blood panels.
Yes. Every order is subject to physician review. If the prescribing physician determines a product or program is not appropriate for your situation, the order will not be fulfilled and you will be refunded for the product cost. Providing accurate intake information reduces the chance of denial.
UC-MSCs are umbilical cord derived mesenchymal stem cells. They are a type of regenerative cell used in our stem cell programs. Our programs are tiered by cell count, from 25 million up to 200 million cells, based on the number of joints treated and your clinical evaluation.
Our five programs differ by cell count and joint coverage. The Foundation Program (25M cells) covers a single joint, while the Total Restoration Program (200M cells) covers multiple joints in complex cases. Every program includes physician evaluation, pre and post labs, and the Cellular Recovery System. See the Stem Cells page for full details.
Mesenchymal stem cell and exosome therapies are not FDA approved for the treatment of any specific disease in the United States. Outcomes vary by individual and no specific clinical result is guaranteed. All treatment is provided under physician supervision following a medical evaluation.
The Cellular Recovery System is a proprietary five product support stack included with every stem cell program: HYDRA (hydration), MAC-3 (energy), KNITRIC (circulation), CILENCE (recovery), and SYNAP-6 (cognition). It is designed to optimize the biological environment before and after your procedure and represents $2,000 to $3,500 of included value.
Joint injections are performed under ultrasound guidance for precise placement. Specific details about where and how your treatment is delivered are provided during your consultation and clinical evaluation. Some procedures require in person delivery.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signaling molecules in the body. Our peptide programs use physician prescribed, pharmacy compounded peptides organized into goal specific protocols for orthopedic recovery, neurological recovery, immune support, metabolic health, and longevity.
Yes. Our peptides are compounded by licensed 503A compounding pharmacies based on a physician prescription specific to you. Compounded medications are prepared for individual patients and are not FDA approved drugs.
Compounded peptides are not FDA approved drugs. They are prepared by licensed compounding pharmacies under physician prescription. Statements about their benefits have not been evaluated by the FDA, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Programs range from 30 day essential protocols to 6 month comprehensive programs, depending on the category and your goals. Your physician determines the appropriate duration and protocol stack during your consultation. See the Peptide Programs page for all options.
5DGENX serves patients nationwide across all 50 states through our network of licensed physicians and pharmacy partners. Service in any given state is subject to physician licensure and clinical appropriateness. See the State Restrictions page for details.

From the moment your protocol is approved online to delivery, the full process typically takes about 2 weeks. This accounts for physician review, pharmacy compounding, and expedited cold chain shipping. You receive tracking information once your order ships.
Because our products are temperature sensitive, we ship using expedited or overnight service in most cases. Shipments are packaged in insulated containers with ice packs. When your shipment arrives, open it promptly and refrigerate temperature sensitive products immediately.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use 5DGENX services. Certain products may require you to be 21 or older. You will be informed of any additional age requirement at the point of purchase.

A refund or replacement is issued only when a product arrives damaged due to an error by the 5DGENX team, reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
No. No product purchased from 5DGENX may be returned. Federal law prohibits the return of prescription and compounded medications once dispensed, and as a matter of policy no product is eligible for return. See our Shipping and Returns page for full details.
If the prescribing physician determines a product is not appropriate for you, the order will not be fulfilled and you will receive a full refund for the product cost. You will be informed of the reason, and an alternative may be suggested where appropriate.
Report damaged shipments within 48 hours of delivery. Photograph the damaged product and packaging, email [email protected] with your order number, and retain the product until your claim is reviewed. A replacement is arranged once the damage is confirmed.
No. 5DGENX is a delivery channel for physician supervised products and does not replace a relationship with a primary care provider. We recommend maintaining a relationship with a primary care physician for general medical care. For emergencies, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
